Responsibilities:

As Revenue Operations Specialist you will support the Revenue organization with the day-to-day operations.  

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our revenue performance by assisting the various teams in the Revenue organization and by ensuring that co-operation with other parts of the organization happen consistently and without friction.  

You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and be a part of the Global RevOps team, with the main focus on US customer cases. You will represent the Revenue team and play an active role in streamlining and developing revenue operations.  

In this role you will:  

  • Support the Revenue organization with Salesforce administration. These include, but are not limited to: 

    • Opportunity splits 

    • Account and quote creations, splits and merges 

    • Contract alignments/ mid-term amendments 

    • Price changes 

    • Upsells and downgrades  

    • Subscription mapping  

    • Coordinate RFPs and other vendor forms 

    • Set-up vendor portals 

  • Own the US-RevOps Case Queue and handle cases in a timely manner  

  • Assist with onboarding and continuous training of US revenue team on Salesforce admin and processes 

  • Represent RevOps at dedicated global accounts and work in co-operation with the Account Manager, Customer Success Manager and  Renewals Specialist.  

  • Help drive process efficiency by continuously seeking for solutions and improvement 

  • Partner with other departments like Billing&Delivery, Business Services and Product and ensure smooth process hand-over  

  • Assist with device shipments, repatriation etc. 

  • Other duties as assigned by your manager  

Experience, Knowledge and Skills 

  • Strong ability to work with various types of software, including experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office products 

  • Team Player with excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) 

  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting mutual targets and company strategy 

  • A proactive approach attitude to getting things done and not waiting for what would need to be done = a problem-solving mentality 

  • Understanding sense of urgency when applicable 

  • A customer centric attitude 

  • Fluent in English preferred, other languages an advantage, but not required

  • SaaS experience preferred
