About This Role

We're hiring an Office Manager to keep our New York City HQ running seamlessly. You will be the operational anchor of our office and be responsible for driving flawless execution across office operations and vendor management. This role is for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, organized, and welcoming environment and who wants to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing startup.

You'll own everything that makes the office work: from the daily rhythm of opening and closing, planning monthly team events, managing vendors, and making sure every detail is buttoned up. This is a highly visible hands-on role with real ownership.

This role reports to the Head of Operations, is based in New York City, and requires you to be in-office 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day and presents as a professional environment

  • Ensure the space is clean, organized, functional, and ready for employees and visitors

  • Bring energy and warmth to the team and to every guest who walks in, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience

  • Order and stock office supplies and snacks to keep the office well-supplied and the team energized

  • Coordinate team lunches

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Liaise with building management and vendors, including cleaning and maintenance, to maintain a consistent and reliable office environment

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including workspace setup, office orientation, and equipment and access coordination

  • Maintain clean, organized digital records for contracts and purchases

  • Adhere to a set budget for office expenses and submit expense reports in a timely manner

  • Plan and coordinate monthly office events for the New York team

  • Identify gaps in how the office runs and implement better systems

You Might Thrive Here If You

  • Care about the details, because a well-run office reflects a well-run company

  • Feel genuine pride in your work and in the team you support

  • Take initiative, follow through, and keep things running without being asked twice

  • Love creating order out of chaos and take satisfaction in a well-organized space

  • Enjoy being the person the team counts on

  • Are excited to be part of a fast-moving company building something meaningful

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role

  • Highly dependable and organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable managing a budget, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records

  • Proactive and self-directed, you don't wait to be told something needs fixing

  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information

  • Exercises independent judgment in the completion of tasks and overall works with little supervision

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workplace tools like Slack and Ramp

  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment

What We Offer

  • $60,000 to $75,000 annualized salary based on experience

  • Equity in a fast growing start up

  • Health, dental, vision insurance

  • 401K & company match

  • Paid time off and holidays

  • Convenient office location near Union Square

  • A collaborative and supportive team culture
