What You’ll Do

  • Build and run the operational backbone of Genesis across HR, office, and internal processes

  • Own HR operations end-to-end: contracts, payroll (outsourced), benefits, onboarding, and compliance across multiple geographies

  • Oversee daily office operations: facilities, vendors, equipment, logistics, and workplace experience

  • Design, implement, and improve internal processes (travel, expenses, procurement, tools)

  • Manage purchasing and logistics: hardware orders, shipments, customs, and supplier coordination

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and external providers to ensure smooth administrative and compliance workflows

  • Organize team events and rituals that strengthen culture across offices

  • Identify operational gaps early and implement pragmatic, scalable solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in operations, business ops, or people & ops roles in startup or high-growth environments

  • Proven ability to operate across multiple domains: HR, office management, finance ops, logistics

  • High ownership and execution mindset: you take problems end-to-end and get things done

  • Ability to bring structure and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus

  • Experience managing multi-country HR topics (France, UK, US)

  • Experience with procurement, hardware logistics, or supply chain operations

  • Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Ramp, or similar

  • Experience working in highly technical environments (AI, robotics, engineering)
