Flexibility
Work and life balance is important for our journey to success. We also don’t believe that one can only be creative and solve problems between 9 to 5. That's why we have flexible working hours & the ability to work 2 days/week remotely.
The same goes for "red days". As a Fyndian, you can exchange "red days" for other days by working on a "red day" and then take a holiday at another time. We believe in diversity and we don't want anyone to feel discriminated against by just celebrating Christian holidays.
Development contribution
You have 6000SEK/year in contribution to help you develop in your profession, such as attending seminars, conferences or buying books.
Parental Pay
Fyndiq will pay additional Parental salary during your parental leave so you receive in total 90% of your salary for 6 months.
30 days vacation
Occupational Pension with Avanza
4,5% of salary up to 40 250SEK, 30% on the exceeding salary is paid monthly to an account with Avanza.
Wellness
You get 3000SEK /year in wellness grants.
Insurance package
All Fyndians are covered by Health Insurance (compensation during long term sickness), Work Injury Insurance (accident at work, accident/injury during travel to and from work) and Group Life Insurance (insured when deceased).
Office Perks
At any time, you can go to our Boost Room for a snack, such as fruits, veggies, cookies, nuts, cheese, yogurt, granola, and the list goes on...
We have regular events at the office or outside the office. Once a year we have our epic Fyndiq staff party. We also have our magical Fyndiq Family party once a year for our loved ones.
Every Friday we start the day off with the most amazing breakfast! Later in the day, our beloved candy trolley, “Godisvagn”, makes a visit. And we always finish the week off with after works drinks & snacks.
