About the role:
*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*
Reporting to the Manager - Business Analytics Growth, the Business Analyst is accountable for delivering analytics, insights, and recommendations while maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements for various business units within the Fubo organization. This critical team function is responsible for reporting and analysis, as well as business decision support including:
- Understanding Fubo’s paid subscriptions and core business KPIs
- Articulating the various factors impacting business and financial performance
- Developing and maintaining dashboards related to testing and other growth functions
Responsibilities:
- Implement A/B testing set-up with product team; track results and offer recommendations based on outcomes
- Ensure the business has clear visibility into acquisition costs, funnel performance, and customer retention
- Develop analyses that will enhance the business and optimize margin
- Create new dashboards and maintain reports to track and communicate outcomes, and provide recommendations
- Support the business by creating automated reporting processes
- Partner with growth, data engineering, and marketing teams on data reporting and table structures
- Support all internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative field; masters degree in a quantitative field is a plus
- 2+ years’ experience as an analyst, preferably for a subscription-based business.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract data from the database
- Expert-level Excel skills are required
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (preferred) or comparable Business Intelligence tools like Looker, Power BI is required
- Experience with A/B testing is preferred
- Understanding of a site or event tracking tool: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable
- Proficiency with R or Python is a plus
- Acquisition and/or retention experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize data insights into written documents and present them in executive meetings.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically and proactively

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $70,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $110,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
