About the role:

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.*

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join the company’s digital marketing team in New York City.

This person will be instrumental in driving Fubo’s growth and user acquisition efforts. You'll work on all aspects of Fubo’s digital marketing program, including mobile app, connected device apps, and paid social.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of digital marketing channels across Paid social, Mobile app and CTV
  • Lead and manage ad operations on digital platforms such as, Tiktok, Facebook,Snapchat, Google UAC
  • Continuously evaluate and find ways to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize and scale in real-time during live events
  • Implement digital marketing strategies across traffic sources and develop new traffic source canal
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team and share insights on the performance of creatives
  • Lead relationships with traffic source vendors. Always negotiate and promote Fubo to the vendors
  • Manage Influencers social program, including User-generated content (UGC) Creator
  • Work across the acquisition marketing program to ensure the digital strategy is aligned with overall marketing initiatives
  • Execute and optimize business performance reporting, including but not limited to: a weekly recap, product performance, and reports to evaluate campaign performance
  • Present analysis, findings and recommendations to Marketing Leadership on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Design and Product teams to ensure optimal delivery of the digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with Web and Analytics teams to improve campaign tracking and measurement
  • Work closely with Senior Director Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and larger projects
  • Provide insights and strong analytical reports to validate budget allocation

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital advertising platforms, such as Google, Tiktok, Facebook…
  • Strong experience with 3rd party measurement like CAPI, Appslfyer and Amplitude. Aptitude to manage attribution
  • Understanding creative A/B testing and industry best practices is a plus
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. SQL is a plus
  • A highly motivated self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, can take ownership of a project and see it through to real impact
  • Outstanding project management skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be a self-starter
  • Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI's
  • Team player with a drive to help other people
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail and solution-oriented
  • Highly organized and excellent time management
  • Desire to learn and develop digital marketing skills
  • Spanish writing and communication proficiency with experience working with Spanish-speaking markets is a plus

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $85,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $115,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
