About the role
You will be a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support to be a crucial support for our sales team, a key driver behind our sales process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from the initial pricing stage through to the final proposal. You will work cross-functionally to manage our sales systems, coordinate bidding, and help the team win business. You will also serve as a vital point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Bidding: Accurately calculate and prepare quotes, pricing models, and bid documents based on customer requirements and company guidelines.

Sales System Management: Administer and maintain our sales systems, ensuring all sales activities, customer data, and pipeline information are up-to-date and accurate.

Client Communication & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, proactively resolve pre-sale issues related to quotes or proposals, and ensure a positive and responsive customer experience.

Proposal Coordination: Assist the sales team in creating and submitting comprehensive proposals and presentations to clients.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pricing trends, and pipeline status to provide actionable insights for the sales leadership.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Cross-functional Support: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as Operations, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills and Experience

Knowledge of Logistics, Forwarding, International Business, Supply Chain…

Experience (2+ years) in sales support, sales operations, or pricing-focused role…, preferably within a fast-paced/global environment.

Good English communication.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot…) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
