Engineering Manager (f/m/d) - Site Reliability Engineering
Forto
About us
What if your work could drive change in a globally established industry, shaping processes that touch every corner of the world? At Forto, we are at the forefront of change, harnessing the power of AI to revolutionise logistics. We want to reinvent digital supply chains to be transparent, frictionless and sustainable. About the role
As Engineering Manager you’ll manage a three-person platform engineering team focused on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This team is dedicated to enhancing both reliability and the developer experience at Forto. By providing best-in-class tooling and infrastructure, your team will enable our engineering teams to build complex business logic. Our production environment is built on a modern stack, including GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm, complemented by internal self-service tools primarily written in Typescript and Go. The core philosophy we champion is “You build it, you run it,” and your work will be instrumental in improving the daily lives of our engineers, empowering them to fully own the software they create, from development to production and beyond.
