About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale Forto’s RevOps function across our sales teams in Europe. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and part of the Commercial leadership team, you’ll play a key role in how we plan, operate, and grow our commercial business.

You’ll oversee four core areas: Enablement, Sales Process, Planning & Analytics, and Demand Generation, and lead a team of 10+. RevOps is a highly trusted and embedded function at Forto — you’ll have the visibility, support, and freedom to build systems that drive real impact on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to the SVP Sales to help build a world-class sales organisation

  • Own core RevOps processes: forecasting, pipeline reporting, territory planning, quota setting, incentive design, annual planning

  • Lead exec-level business reviews and share actionable insights with leadership

  • Build and scale Sales Enablement programs for ICs and managers – fast, practical, and embedded in daily workflows

  • Oversee lead quality, conversion, and funnel performance; flag risks and drive resolution

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to support local execution and accountability

  • Continuously improve sales processes to reduce admin and maximize rep productivity

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations at a tech startup or scale-up with multi-region sales teams, with 3+ years in a RevOps leadership role

  • Strong analytical mindset – able to turn data into clear insights and decisions

  • Passion for Sales Enablement, especially during org redesigns or capability uplifts

  • Interest in how AI and automation can transform sales productivity

  • Excellent communicator who can influence across Sales, Product, Ops, and Finance

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving scale-up environment
