About the role
As the Digital Marketing and Operations Manager at Forto, you are passionate about driving growth, experimenting with new lead generation tactics, and optimizing campaigns until they perform at their best.
You’ll own the tools, systems, and campaigns that support our performance marketing efforts end to end, ranging from HubSpot and Salesforce operations to digital campaign execution, reporting, and data infrastructure.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Lifecycle, Commercial, and RevOps to enhance our lead engine, shape ABM programs, and build dashboards that surface actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, optimize and report on lead gen marketing campaigns in English and German

Support and co-lead ABM campaign strategy and execution with Product and Customer Marketing

Recommend and test new performance tactics based on funnel insights

Manage lead generation efforts in collaboration with Commercial Organization
Marketing Operations

From setting up automations to managing lists and workflows, you’ll keep our marketing machine humming

Own and manage our Marketing Automation tool HubSpot (forms, workflows, lists, governance, segmentation)

Manage HubSpot <> Salesforce sync and quality of campaign data

Ensure operational setup for emails, lead routing, campaign attribution, and analytics
Reporting & Tools

Create , own and optimize dashboards using Supermetrics, HubSpot, GA4 to support Marketing decision making and KPIs achievement

Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Ops for cross-functional reporting

Present campaign insights and recommendations in regular stakeholder meetings

Required Skills and Experience

3–5 years in marketing ops, growth hacking, digital marketing or performance marketing (B2B or SaaS experience is a big plus)

Strong technical understanding of marketing tools and attribution

Hands-on with HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Display Network

You’re obsessed with data and can turn insights into action (bonus if you’ve built dashboards before)

Comfortable setting up and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads

Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience in logistics or B2B is a plus, but not required
