👩💻 About The Role:
As People & Culture Partner at Flower you will be an integral part of shaping our business and culture in collaboration with a dynamic team and stakeholders across the organization. This role blends strategic initiatives with hands-on People & Culture (P&C) operations, requiring both deep expertise within all areas of P&C as well as a flexible, humble approach to support the team and Flower's continued growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders and stakeholders, providing expertise across all P&C areas at every level of the organisation.
- Coach leaders to enhance their leadership skills and drive team success.
- Build collaborative partnerships to identify shared goals and deliver impactful results, both within and between teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives and develop scalable processes that support growth and organizational performance.
- Manage day-to-day P&C operations to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals to attract and retain top talent.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven success in designing and implementing global compensation and benefits structures.
- Deep understanding of Swedish labor law and work environment standards. Knowledge of labor law in other European countries is considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication, high integrity, and an analytical approach.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
