👩‍💻 About The Role:

Are you passionate about driving commercial success in the energy sector? Flower is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and closing impactful deals. You’ll work closely with our skilled Sales Engineers, who bring technical expertise to support your efforts, and our Partner Success Managers, who strengthen and expand our relationships with existing partners.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where your commercial skills and sales experience will be critical to our growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and attract new customers through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Lead and conduct sales meetings, present tailored solutions, and close deals that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Flower and expand our reach.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to provide clients with the best technical and commercial solutions.
  • Work in alignment with Partner Success Managers to leverage existing partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record of closing deals and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with +7 years experience of B2B complex sales environments, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Familiarity with market trends, innovation, key players, and dynamics in the energy sector or a related field.
  • Adept at building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in public speaking and experienced in representing organisations at industry events, conferences, and other speaking engagements.
  • Deep understanding of business development principles, financial concepts, and the ability to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Independent, proactive, and structured, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in negotiating high-value contracts and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Digital-savvy sales professional with strong expertise in leveraging social selling strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, and effectively utilizing various digital tools to drive engagement, build relationships, and achieve sales goalswith strong expertise in leveraging social selling strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, and effectively utilizing various digital tools to drive engagement, build relationships, and achieve sales goals.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Upsales) and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Degree in Business or Engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages in German, French, or Dutch is considered a valuable asset.

📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
