As a Junior IT Systems Specialist (m/f/d), you are the technical backbone that keeps Flink running at lightning speed. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and scaling the IT infrastructure that supports our rapid growth. This isn't just a support role; it's a chance to build, automate, and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • 2nd and 3rd level support and escalations of IT support tickets, Jira management and Jira automation
  • Deal with network related issues
  • Visit new locations for network and IT configuration and installation
  • MDM management across our hardware fleet (Android, iOS, Windows and Mac) using Intune, Jamf and WorkspaceOne UEM
  • Maintain automations written in Python or built on platforms such as n8n and Okta Workflows - reading executions, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting improvements
  • Bring new automation ideas to connect systems and sync data across tools
  • Tackle IT security reports and incidents related to internal infrastructure, as well as understanding product-side issues when they arise
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure every action and asset is traceable

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving ability, including digging into logs and documentation to understand how things are built
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, WorkspaceOne UEM)
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot Python scripts and automation platform workflows
  • Automation mindset with the initiative to identify and propose new opportunities
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent work
  • Professional communication and the habit of asking good, useful questions
  • Detail-oriented tracking and inventory mindset
