Job Description

In your role as Retail Media Manager (m/f/d), you will drive Flink’s retail media growth by developing strategic partnerships with leading FMCG brands, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing relationships. You will also be key in:

  • Development of long-term partnerships with the most influential FMCG brands
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as responding to incoming inquiries for potential partnerships
  • Pitching our unique offering to prospective clients and showcasing the various opportunities a partnership with Flink can offer
  • Supporting the development of new marketing channels that take our partners’ needs into account while always keeping Flink’s customers in mind
  • Cross- and upselling of new advertising channels
  • Researching and staying up to date on media trends in retail to ensure Flink continues to offer a leading retail media proposition

Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of experience in retail media, partnership management, or online marketing, ideally working with FMCG accounts or within the retail industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • You are persistent and not easily discouraged when things don’t work out immediately.
  • You work independently and thrive in an environment that requires unconventional thinking to solve challenges.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are able to derive valuable insights and strategies from data.
  • You are communicative and enjoy working with people to build long-term relationships.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking responsibility to continuously improve the partnership team.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
