Job Description

  • Support daily fleet operations including availability tracking, damage/theft reporting, and weekly inventory checks.
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements.
  • Help automate reporting and workflows using Python, JavaScript, and automation tools.
  • Manage and integrate APIs between fleet systems and internal dashboards.
  • Monitor vendor performance and support service partner coordination (maintenance, logistics, etc.).
  • Contribute to fleet audits, planning for relocations/repairs, and preparing KPI reports and documentation for our warehouses
  • Collaborate with County Operations and Tech teams on cross-functional projects

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Mandatory driving license (Class B).
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools (SQL, Python, APIs, Excel/Sheets automation).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Interest or experience in mobility, logistics, or vendor management is a plus.
