Job Description
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Flink Netherlands meets our 28-minute promise, while balancing efficiencies.
- Help optimize workforce scheduling so we always have the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Dive into data to improve staffing efficiency—from analyzing delivery speeds, flexible scheduling options to identifying solutions for idle time management.
- Use automation and smart insights to free up time for what matters most.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to fine-tune demand forecasting models.
- Spot opportunities to improve operations across the country and help bring them to life.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for making decisions based on data.
- Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or other data analysis software.
- A positive, proactive mindset—you’re ready to learn and take on challenges.
- Empathy and critical thinking—you understand how decisions impact both people and performance.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
