Job Description

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand, workforce requirements, and operational needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support management in resource planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate forecast accuracy, staffing metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment in planning processes.
  • Analyze historical data and trends to identify areas for improvement in forecasting accuracy and staffing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in data analysis/data science/IT or Economics.
  • Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Other programming languages are a plus (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript etc)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Berlin.
