As the Head of / Manager Workforce Growth (m/f/d), your will ensure we have an adequate workforce supply to meet demand by both recruiting new employees as well as retaining and engaging the existing ones. You achieve this while keeping hiring costs low and maximizing workforce lifetime hours.
Job Description
- Managing acquisition budget and working closely with the Marketing team to ensure we deploy it efficiently across Performance channels. You also oversee our "Refer a Friend" Program and Job Platforms;
- Constantly optimizing our recruiting funnel, creating the analytics infrastructure, and executing diverse tests to identify opportunities to drive automation, increase conversion, and reduce time to hire;
- Designing and optimizing workforce lifecycle communication to support our acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation efforts;
- Leveraging your data skills to manage the trade-offs between acquisition and retention spending, and between internal and external workforce choices;
- Conducting experiments with workforce incentivization to change behavior and maximize workforce performance;
- Driving insights into our workforce experience and understanding churn drivers to prioritize retention efforts;
- Working in collaboration with Product to establish Tech roadmap.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, growth incentives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment (e.g. early-stage startup, consulting, VC)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and prioritize effectively
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
- You have excellent written and spoken communication in English
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin
- Marketing experience running successful marketing campaigns with knowledge across the full marketing mix of channels is a plus
