Job Description

• You will support the Finance team on the day to day business with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounting processes. Gaining a good understanding of the day to day work in finance. As part of this role you will work on the balance sheet (payables, other assets and liabilities), profit- and loss statement, reconciling bank statements, prepaid expenses etc.
• Support the global Accounts Payable team in the timely processing and posting of incoming invoices (purchase-to-pay process), employee expense reports, and credit card statements
• Support the General Ledger and Accounting team on the month-end closing activity.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet topics.
• Participate in quarterly VAT reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Masters or Bachelors in business, economics, finance, accounting, business or a related field;
• A detailed oriented and focused mindset;
• You are structured and accurate and drive for the best results;
• A hands-on ability, make sure the execution of your plans meets expectations in practice;
• The ability to be a team player and communicate in a clear and structured manner.
