In your role as a Software Engineer - Kotlin (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to work, build, and shape our search and recommendation platform, and define how it boosts our customer experience.
Job Description
- Embrace your inner creative to help design new features and solutions across Flink’s Checkout and Payments team;
- Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver high value to the end user;
- Drive the team towards adapting and experimenting with new technologies;
- Contribute to the scaling up of the team by bringing great talent on board and developing junior team members - we never let another Flinker fail!
- Foster Flink culture promoting inclusivity, diversity, and creativity in all aspects of your day-to-day role;
- Take part in the discussions and planning of new features and development of roadmaps.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with Kotlin on JVM;
- Some experience with GCP is beneficial;
- An open-mind - nothing is impossible let’s work together to get creative and be the best we can be;
- Comfortable working in cross-functional agile teams where collaboration is key;
- The ability to work in a fast paced collaborative environment where you can navigate easily between different technical views;
- Experience building scalable and reliable large-scale applications;
- Rigor in high code quality, unit testing, and integration testing;
- Working of using infrastructure as code is desirable;
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
