In your role as a Data Analyst (m/f/d) in our Central Analytics team, you will work closely with our Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams to understand their business needs and help them leverage data for decision-making. You will also work alongside our Product & Engineering teams to ensure we capture & collect the right data, and be involved in the end-to-end data lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Define tracking schemas, data contracts and ingest raw data in partnership with our Product & Engineering and Data Platform teams;
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify areas for optimization in the business;
  • Build scalable end-to-end data pipelines, transforming raw event & transactional level data to curated datasets and build data products in Looker to enable self-service analysis;
  • Work alongside our Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams to define business KPIs, and prioritize initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundations in SQL (preferably BigQuery, or something similar) and experience deploying data models into production (we use dbt) with git-based version control. Bonus points for experience with Python or R;
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing data, building data assets that stakeholders enjoy using, and can use to generate their own insights;
  • A strong record of driving business impact from data analysis - tell us about a time your analysis has changed your product or business trajectory!
  • An ability to understand the drivers of business performance - what metrics matter and why?
