We have 15 million users all over the world who have logged over 15 million catches in our app. We’re now looking for a talented and experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive subscription growth and sales on our commerce platform through paid user acquisition.

What you’ll work on:

  • As the User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective UA strategy that maximizes revenue and sales growth across various channels, including Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Develop and execute a UA strategy that drives subscription growth and sales on our commerce platform through paid user acquisition.
  • Optimize and monitor campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and identifying new channels such as Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, for subscription growth.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization to drive subscription growth and sales on our commerce platform.
  • Communicate UA strategies, plans, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimization of user acquisition efforts with the overall business goals.
  • Use Adjust/Appsflyer or other MMP to track user acquisition performance, and experience with Firebase and Google Tag Manager tags setup to ensure accurate data collection and measurement.

What we are fishing for:

  • Strong understanding of subscription business models and metrics (e.g., LTV, churn, CAC), one can optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and churn rates.
  • Experience with GA4.
  • Experience with E-commerce shops (campaigns setup + user behavior analysis) and Google Merchant Center.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of success in driving subscriber growth and revenue in a subscription-based business. Previous working experience in mobile games or app user acquisition is a plus.

    Our office is based in Stockholm (Södermalm) and we have a hybrid-remote work arrangement. We prioritize in-person collaboration, which means we operate from our offices at least two days per week.
