About the role
We are looking for a full-time Acquiring Operations Analyst to join our expanding Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale our card acquiring operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end processing of acquiring chargebacks while providing essential support for issuing transactions, including issuing chargebacks.
- Shape, build, and continuously refine Payment Operations processes from the ground up.
- Proactively communicate with clients, including direct email outreach, to keep them informed on case progress and outcomes.
- Liaise with payment infrastructure providers to escalate requests and monitor issue resolution.
- Drive meaningful impact on how payment services are delivered across customer-facing products and back-office systems.
- Manage daily operational requests with an improvement mindset, consistently identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.
Who you are
- Proven experience in acquiring operations; experience within a neo-bank, PSP, or fintech environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end payment lifecycle and chargeback handling processes.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrate a startup mindset, proactively identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with team members and various stakeholders.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and drive informed decisions.
