ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager who will join AI Team on a mission to transform Finom into an AI-first company by building a universe of AI agents to optimize company operations (due diligence, transaction monitoring, customer care, sales, etc.) and enhance customer experience with AI features.
The environment is fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and even comparable to magic. As a team member, you will define our product strategy and vision. You will use world-class analytical, engineering, and machine-learning techniques to evolve and scale AI Solutions in the rapidly growing Fintech world.
The position is open at the company hubs: Cyprus, Spain, and Poland.
Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Define opportunities for Finom AI and drive product strategy and product vision.
- Own and socialize a compelling product roadmap that translates company goals, user needs, and pains into an iterative, value-driven backlog.
- Employ the analytical systems effectively, monitor the product data regularly, and implement hypotheses to improve the product and growth.
- Orchestrate initiatives, interact closely with the development team, and drive cross-team coordination and collaboration.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are curious about GenAI and LLMs and are familiar with AI trends. You can pick up new ideas and technologies quickly, and love learning and talking to others about them.
- You can think at all times: critically, analytically, and attentively to detail. You can effectively use data to drive decisions.
- You are a problem solver and have a sense of ownership. You are motivated to deliver value in production, take sole responsibility for the final result, and require more work-in-theory solutions.
- You are a generalist: you are adaptable and can be both a leader and an individual contributor.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You seek an entrepreneurial and start-up environment.
- English full working proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Direct experience working with Machine Learning teams, with familiarity in classical ML techniques.
- Background as a business analyst or product analyst, providing insight into product development and market needs.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote and distributed teams, particularly with engineering roles, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across time zones and locations.
