About The Role

  • You'll be responsible for building, maintaining and documenting a comprehensive reporting structure across various sales motions, also:
  • Develop and maintain forecasting, activity, and quota attainment reports for Sales leaders
  • Monitor and ensure data quality and data consistency across our sales motions
  • Manage various data sources and integrations with Salesforce, own and drive the improvements of the data we are bringing to Salesforce
  • Proactively look for insights from our data and ideate possible improvements of processes, bring insights to inform our sales strategy
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Account management, Product and Development teams

Who you are

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working in Sales Operations within FinTech or SaaS, previous Sales experience is an advantage
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce, especially on data models and reporting - any certifications are a strong benefit
  • Experience working with tools such as Metabase, BigQuery, PowerBI and Hightouch
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Able to work independently with can-do attitude
  • Natural curiosity, strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure
