Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for creating and evolving the Data Warehouse, ensuring effective data storage and processing.
• Manage data flows, including ETL processes, integrating external systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Create and maintain infrastructure for continuous integration and delivery of machine learning models, automating processes to accelerate development.
• Test models on real data, ensuring high performance, and continuously optimize and enhance model quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and machine learning strategies with business goals.
  
  

Required Experience and Skills

• Deep knowledge in machine learning and data analysis
• Experience with Python and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Proficiency with big data and database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
• Skills in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience in creating and managing CI/CD infrastructure
  
  

Leadership and Management Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience managing a team,
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and make quick decisions,
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Knowledge and experience with Databricks and Spark.
