About The Role

  • You'll act as a technical owner of Salesforce and related systems developing and deploying changes to the system based on business requirements.
  • Build and maintain proper documentation
  • Perform regular health check to ensure system stability and resolve potential issues
  • Build and maintain the technical capabilities to ensure high data consistency and quality
  • Monitor and maintain integrations with 3rd party systems (Cloudtalk, Amplemarket, Hightouch etc.)
  • Providing 2nd line user support on Salesforce related issues
  • Work collaboratively with SalesOps, Sales, Account Management, Product and Security teams

Who you are

  • At least 4 years of Salesforce experience in technical capability
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a must, Sales Cloud or Developer certifications are preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or Fintech would be an advantage
  • Deep understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
