What you need to do:

• Design landing pages and corporate websites for the company as part of the marketing team.
• Keep the tech stack up-to-date and be open to new technologies.
• Write documentation for non-obvious features.
• Participate in task discussions, team deadline planning, and code reviews.
• Grow professionally and personally.
  
  

What you need to know:

• Web design: semantics, flex and grid layouts, modularity, and scalability.
• GIT, Figma, and your favorite IDE (e.g., VS Code and Web Storm).
• CSS preprocessors.
• Various componentization methodologies, for example, BEM and SMACSS.
• The task lifecycle from idea to deployment.
  
  

Experience is appreciated in:

• Working with LightHouse and overall performance.
• Large distributed teams.
• Developing user interfaces in general, not just their design.
