About The Role

If you are a dedicated Information Security professional who thrives in ensuring the safety and compliance of digital assets, desires to blend strategic planning with hands-on security management, and is keen on shaping the security landscape of a dynamic fintech environment, this vacancy is for you! This role is perfect for someone who has a strong foundation in information security practices, is passionate about risk management, audit, and incident response, and is eager to drive a culture of security awareness within an innovative company. What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for ensuring information security compliance in a fintech startup.
  • Developing and implementing information security compliance strategies.
  • Conducting risk assessments and managing them.
  • Organizing and overseeing internal and external security audits.
  • Developing incident response plans and managing incident responses.
  • Training employees in information security basics and fostering a security culture within the company.

Who You Are

  • Experience in information security, preferably in the fintech sector (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Experience with information security legislation and standards (e.g., ISO 27k, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and management methods.
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking.
  • Experience in conducting security audits and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus).
  • Experience in developing incident response plans and managing incidents.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data and error analysis.
