What we should tell you about the role

You’ll be the owner of how our product comes to life. From funnel optimization to roadmap decisions, you’ll connect the dots between user insights, product data, and execution. You’ll work closely with our CTO and engineering leads to turn ideas into seamless, conversion-driving experiences that define how accounting firms interact with AI.

This isn’t a “write tickets and make slide decks” role. It’s hands-on product ownership in a company that moves fast, builds deeply technical products, and cares obsessively about solving real customer pain.

Here’s why this is a terrible job

You’ll be thrown into an environment where clarity is earned, not handed to you. The roadmap changes as fast as the market does. You’ll constantly balance engineering capacity, customer urgency, and product vision. You’ll be expected to think in systems, not in silos, and to understand the details behind every metric that moves.

If you prefer predictable structure, neat processes, and plenty of time to think before acting, you’ll hate it here. This is not a 9-5 job.

The teammate we’re looking for

• Thinks in systems and outcomes, not just features

• Can translate complex technical work into clear, actionable priorities

• Comfortable making calls with incomplete information

• Deeply curious about users and motivated by real-world feedback

• Calm under pressure, clear under chaos, and great at getting to the “why” behind the “what”

• Has experience in product management for SaaS, AI, or B2B software

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning the full product funnel, identifying opportunities to increase conversion and retention

• Driving key parts of the product roadmap in collaboration with the CTO and engineering leads

• Acting as the glue between engineering teams to ensure smooth, integrated delivery

• Partnering with customers and internal teams to gather, analyze, and share insights that guide product decisions

• Tracking product performance metrics and iterating fast based on what you learn
