Filed is building the first AI tax preparer trusted by America’s accounting firms.

This industry might seem boring—but it’s a $70B backbone of the economy that’s breaking under a talent shortage no one has solved. We’re fixing it—fast.

In just 9 months, we’ve hit strong product-market fit, are generating insanely fast-growing, ridiculously sticky revenue, and are backed by top-tier investors. We’re not a tool—we’re the missing workforce firms have been sounding the alarm for. We’re building the future by expanding our already 30-person team with those who want to say “I was there when it all started.”

What we should tell you about the role:

We’re looking for an AI Implementation & Onboarding Lead who moves fast, thrives in ambiguity, and loves working directly with customers. You’re the kind of person who can parachute into a firm, understand their messy legacy workflows, and turn uncertainty into a working AI deployment—fast.

You’ll be the bridge between our product and the firms we serve. You’ll guide them from first access to full activation—designing onboarding plans, training users, and embedding AI workflows that feel like second nature. You’ll know how to earn trust, unblock adoption, and make sure every customer feels like they have a 50-person AI team working behind them.

As one of the first hires in this function, you’ll co-own the customer experience with product, ML, and support. You’ll shape what “AI-ready” looks like inside firms—and help us build repeatable playbooks that scale.

Our product and engineering team is based in Stockholm. We’re prioritising local candidates, but will consider candidates from elsewhere in the EU, who can travel to Stockholm.

Here’s why this is a terrible job:

  • This is not a job for someone who needs a polished manual before they can get started.

  • We operate week to week with ruthless speed. Customers move fast. So do we.

  • If you need months to define an onboarding journey, you’ll already be behind. You’ll be meeting with firm partners Monday and launching workflows Friday.

  • You’ll be navigating broken legacy systems, skeptical accountants, and AI behavior that’s evolving daily.

  • There are no clean playbooks. Just urgency, ambiguity, and real stakes

  • You’ll ask yourself, is this really the work? It is. And it’s not for everyone.

Here’s why it’s the best career choice you’ll make:

  • You’ll be on the front lines helping firms adopt what they thought was impossible.

  • You’ll define how AI gets activated in high-trust industries—building the foundation for how our product is experienced, not just sold.

  • You’ll work across product, engineering, and customer success. You’ll have real ownership, tight feedback loops, and total visibility into what matters.

  • You’ll help firms become AI-native—and change how this industry works.

The teammate we’re looking for:

You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. You’re great at breaking down complex problems into simple rollout plans. You understand people, workflows, and technology—and you know how to connect the dots. You’re not someone who waits for instructions. You make decisions, move forward, and figure things out as you go. You’ve probably worked in implementation, onboarding, or solutions before. You know what it takes to make software stick. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re excited to learn—and you’re already thinking about how this tech can reshape your customer’s day-to-day. If you’ve worked with AI products, or inside industries like accounting, law, or finance, that’s a big plus.

What you’ll be responsible for:

You’ll lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, designing training plans and rollout strategies that meet them where they are. You’ll work directly with firm leaders and staff to understand their workflows and identify where AI can provide the most value. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to close feedback loops fast and help us continuously improve what we deliver. You’ll be responsible for building the playbook that turns signups into successful long-term customers.

Your hard skillset:

You’ve done this before. Maybe not in accounting, maybe not with AI—but you’ve led complex implementations and made them successful. You’ve worked closely with customers. You’ve run onboarding calls. You’ve solved problems on the fly. You don’t need to code, but you’re technically curious and know how to talk to engineers. You’ve worked with CRM tools, product feedback loops, and cross-functional teams. If you’ve worked in fast-paced startups, with AI tools, or in regulated industries, even better.

Your soft skillset:

You’re comfortable being uncomfortable and making smart calls with incomplete data. You’re empathetic and curious—focused on what users need, not just what they say. You love collaboration, jump into Slack threads, hop on Zooms, and know when to pick up the phone. You care about the details, but you don’t let them block momentum. You take full ownership of your work—and you welcome the accountability that comes with it.

Growth and Levels:

  • We operate on six levels, from Level 1 to Level 6. Each reflects increasing ownership, impact, and scope with meaningful jumps in salary and equity.

  • We review levels every 4 months. Promotions are based on output and ownership, not tenure.

  • This isn’t a comfy onboarding role. It’s fast, cross-functional, and customer-obsessed.

  • You will build fast. You will learn fast. You will own what you ship.

The process:

  1. Quick intro call (30 minutes)

  2. Practical async task + walkthrough (60 minutes)

  3. Final round with our team (120 minutes)

In just 3.5 hours, you’ll be wanting early access—just like the rest of our team—to dive into customer workflows and start building a generational company, even before you start, because you’ll see the opportunity to transform your career.
