We’re looking for a Marketing Ops & CRM Lead who moves fast and thrives in high-velocity environments. You’re the kind of person who sees a gap in the funnel, understands the root cause quickly, and ships a new nurture journey or campaign in hours—not weeks. You love turning ambiguity into working systems, and you don’t wait around for perfect inputs to get started.
You’re a generalist who’s just as comfortable crafting segmentation logic and behavioral triggers as you are refining email copy or collaborating on GTM experiments. You sweat the details, but never let them block momentum. You think in terms of speed, value, and iteration—always asking: how can we get this in front of users faster?
As one of our earliest marketing team hires, you’ll help shape how we bring in, activate, and retain users. You’ll work closely with product, sales, support, and—most importantly—our users to rethink how we grow and deliver value in a space most people thought couldn’t be changed.

If you need a few extra days to perfect a campaign, chances are there’s already a handful of team members blocked behind you.
We use tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Census to move fast, test ideas in days, and launch quickly.
You’ll be operating at the intersection of user psychology, growth systems, and high-trust workflows.
There are no clear answers. Just judgment calls, ambiguity, and constant input from every direction.
You’ll ask yourself, is this really the work? It is. And it’s not for everyone.

• Building and maintaining best-in-class marketing automation in HubSpot
• Designing lifecycle journeys that move leads from first touch to onboarding to retention
• Owning the CRM/CDP infrastructure to power go-to-market execution and insights
• Driving segmentation, behavioral triggers, and experiments to improve conversion
• Enabling the broader GTM team with tooling, templates, and support

Your hard skillset:
Deep experience in marketing automation and CRM, especially HubSpot
Comfortable designing and analyzing lifecycle journeys and behavioral campaigns
Confident working across data layers (CDPs, integrations, attribution, reporting)
Bonus if you’ve worked in fast-paced startups or regulated industries
Even bigger bonus if you’ve helped scale a B2B funnel from 0→1

Growth and Levels:
We operate on six levels, from Level 1 to Level 6. Each reflects increasing ownership, impact, and scope with meaningful jumps in salary and equity.
We review levels every 4 months. Promotions are based on output and ownership, not tenure.
