You’ll work globally: You’ll partner with a U.S.-based exec team head over to the nyc office and work to unblock the team there when the CEO is in nyc, and back in Stockholm, when he is in Stockholm.

What you’ll do:
Working directly with the CEO daily
Managing and anticipating the day-to-day needs of senior execs across time zones
Handling scheduling, travel, logistics, and priorities across teams and geographies
Keeping internal projects moving through clear communication and operational follow-up
Building internal systems to scale communication, documentation, and execution
Acting as the go-to person for unblocking issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and creating leverage across the company
Managing the office, such as ordering food, stocking and restocking items, handling installations
Helping to co-ordinate team offsites and travel arrangements
