Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.
The Operations team is responsible for deploying, operating and maintaining Einride’s autonomous electric truck solution at client sites. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As an Autonomous Fleet Technician at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
You will:
- Maintain and evolve our fleet of heavy-duty electric and autonomous vehicles through methodical repair, maintenance, and visual/operational inspections ensuring system uptime.
- Execute complex installations by interpreting electrical harness diagrams, CAD drawings, and technical procedure manuals.
- Bridge the gap between field and lab by providing clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams to improve product reliability and performance.
- Drive operational excellence by travelling (up to 80%) to R&D and customer sites, ensuring our technology is always road-ready and safe.
We expect you to have:
- Technical Expertise: Solid hands-on experience maintaining commercial heavy-duty, electric, or autonomous vehicles.
- Methodical Mindset: A safety-first approach with a high standard for documentation, tracking, and thorough problem-solving.
- Proactive Communication: The ability to explain complex technical issues and suggest creative solutions when the path forward is unclear.
This is a full-time position based in Gothenburg, Sweden with frequent travel to R&D and customer sites.
