In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

We are looking for a Part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team based in Gothenburg. You'll get the opportunity to work across multiple areas of talent acquisition including tasks such as: sourcing and screening candidate pipelines, coordination and scheduling of interviews, background checks, candidate experience, and ensuring timely feedback on process status to candidates.

You will:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day talent acquisition tasks.
• Screen applications to identify top talent.
• Source and actively reach out to potential candidates.
• Assist the Talent team on strategic recruitment projects.
• Ensure high quality and a seamless flow in our hiring process.

We expect you to:

• Currently study within a relevant academic field at university and plan to graduate during 2027 or later.
  
• Be available for part-time work, averaging app. 16 hours per week.
• Have the ability to efficiently prioritize based on recruitment needs and timelines.
• Be adaptable and open-minded, ready to embrace change in a fast-paced setting.
• Speak and wright fluent in English.
