Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.
The Fleet Strategy and Management team is the engine room for data-driven fleet optimization. We secure a sustainable and optimized electric fleet over time by leveraging analytics across the complete and complex vehicle life cycle. When joining the Fleet Strategy team at Einride you will be a critical part in transforming operational and financial data into strategic insights that ensure the right asset is in the right place, in optimal condition.
You will
- Conduct deep-dive, quantitative analyses on vehicle and trailer performance to identify improvements and efficiency gains
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape both tactical execution and long-term fleet strategy.
- Design and implement processes for structured data gathering and storage across all fleet data streams.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations (dashboards, reports) that empowers rapid and data-informed decisions
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of fleet improvements
- Tackle complex business problems using analytical models and a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Support senior stakeholders in external dialogues by gathering and visualizing case specific analysis
We expect you to:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar from a competitive university.
- Proven ability to lead projects with a strong sense of ownership, a "doer" attitude, and the ability to balance details with the big picture.
- Team player working effectively at all levels with a strong interest in e-mobility, transport, logistics, and supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with solid work knowledge in SQL and the ability to handle and interpret big data sets.
- Technical proficiency in visualization tools such as PowerBI/Looker Studio, as well as MS-Office and/or G-Suite.
- Fluent in English.
