Senior Product Designer
Einride
Job Description
Want to be part of transforming road freight – for good? Einride is showing the world a new way to move, based on the latest digital, electric and autonomous technologies. Through freight capacity as a service, we enable businesses around the world to accelerate towards their sustainability goals.
Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.
Your mission when joining the world class design team at Einride will be to design complex B2B/Enterprise software for an entirely new ecosystem, empowering transport planners and operators to optimize and manage electric trucks and charging infrastructure.
You will
- End-to-End Ownership: Own the design process from initial discovery and user research through to final polished UI for critical features within the platform.
- Tackle Complexity: Simplify challenging logistics problems—including transport planning, charging infrastructure, and vehicle remote monitoring—into intuitive digital tools.
- Collaborate and Ship: Work embedded in a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations experts to quickly iterate and ship high-quality, impactful products.
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure coherence and scalability across all Einride touchpoints.
We expect you to:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design, ideally with complex B2B/SaaS or Enterprise products.
- A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems through research, iterative design, and successful execution.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or the automotive industry.
This is a full-time position based preferably in Stockholm. You will be part of a truly diverse, high performing team with a common passion for sustainability and making things happen in an innovative way. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.
