What you'll do:
- Daily operational management and transport planning
- First point of contact for the drivers, carriers and workshops
- Secure driver planning and support the drivers with their daily tasks
- Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations
- Collaboration with Operations Manager to develop and maintain optimal customer experience in the Benelux
- Performance analysis and optimization to meet KPIs and SLAs
What we're looking for:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Logistics)
- Previous experience in transport planning and/or customer facing role
- Strong collaborator
- Strong service and solution oriented mindset
- Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is nice to have
This is a fulltime position. You will initially work remotely and you are prepared to travel occasionally to customers across the Benelux. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continuously.
