What you'll do:
- Identify business development opportunities for battery energy storage systems at charging sites
- Lead the procurement process for battery storage systems, including vendor selection and contracting
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for storage implementation projects
- Coordinate with the charging team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with business objectives
- Manage project execution, including site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning
- Track project performance, including financial metrics, milestones, and deliverables, and report progress to senior management
- Responsible for operation of Energy solutions, mainly BESS, together with the charging team
What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including working with project delivery and/or implementation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose solutions
- Experience in industry and BESS is favorable
- Fluency in English
