As a legal professional at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero emissions.
What you'll do:
- Support in debt and equity raising, such as data room management, shareholder management, etc
- Support the management of Einride’s warrant and options programs
- Contract management (including managing the company’s contract management system and being responsible for ensuring that signing and contract approval processes are followed)
- Be responsible for Einride’s legal structure, and support corporate matters related thereto
- Support in KYC requests from Einride partners
- Drafting corporate documents and support with various agreements
- Administration of lawyer inquiries
- Other compliance and legal related tasks
What we're looking for:
- Experience of working as a legal assistant or paralegal at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Relevant education such as law, economics, and administration
- Excellent Google suite knowledge and experience with other digital tools and platforms
- Excellent proficiency in English, written and oral
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish is of merit
