The Creative Design department creates iconic experiences and products while being world class storytellers. We are responsible for brand creative development and executions within the Market & Customer Experience delivery area.
As our new Operational Project Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Creative Design & Production and oversee projects that will be executed in-house or with a partner. You’ll be a key player to help us extend our internal capabilities and continue building our Creative Department. Collaborating cross-functionally with managers from the different pillars (Marketing, Communications & Design), including product, commercial and other departments. Types of projects you might encounter:
Program Management: Collaborating cross-functionally with managers from the different pillars (Marketing, Communications & Design) for projects such as creating Global Events, Country Launches, Project Playbooks, Post Mortems etc. Making sure communication is flowing, staying on-time, and ensuring successful delivery.
Internal/External Production: Lead the strategic/creative development process that will lead to (one or multiple) productions led by Producers such as Video, Photography, Experiential, and digital Production.
Design: Managing process for design deliverables such as investor relation, software development and other marketing assets.

What you'll do:

  • Project lead planning, monitoring, controlling through delivery that can have one to multiple workstreams
  • Accountable for the entire project scope and purpose, project budget, and the success or failure of the project
  • Owning the strategic and creative development process until the production is green-lit
  • Project manager intake the brief and help evaluate if anything is missing or needs to be broken down
  • Meet with key stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly defined
  • Ensure the project team has clear roles and responsibilities at the scheduled kick-off
  • Create and own project calendars
  • Schedule the kick-off/debriefings and continue to own the timelines through the creative development process and stakeholder review rounds (including sharing with legal)
  • Ensuring that we are set up for success when going into the next phase of production, where the Producer takes leadership of the Production Process
  • Lead & support small to large projects/workstreams from brief to final delivery
  • Support in forecasting and staffing efforts to ensure we have the right talent for our projects, both internally and externally. Manage resource allocation internally on a weekly basis

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years relevant Project Management experience spanning design, 2Dfilm, photo, digital productions at an advertising agency, in-house or Production Company
  • International experience is a plus
