Why this role exists
Duvo is redefining enterprise software: we build solutions that execute operational workflows from end to end—not just assist, but truly run the work. Our platform automates real processes across ERP, portals, emails, spreadsheets, and calls, enabling full traceability and approvals. As we scale, we need an exceptional enterprise B2B marketer to craft our brand, engineer a repeatable pipeline, and launch an events strategy that engages the right buyers.
You'll be our founding marketing leader: hands-on, outcome-driven, and directly accountable for measurable impact.
What you will own
1. Brand
Define and articulate our positioning and narrative for enterprise retail and CPG buyers.
Build a messaging system that distills “outcomes with proof” into clear, instantly understandable language.
Own our visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints (website, decks, collateral, social, case studies).
Transform customer success into compelling proof assets: case studies, ROI stories, proof packs.
Ensure simple, consistent storytelling around the product and its impact.
2. Lead Generation (Enterprise Pipeline)
Develop and run our demand engine across paid, organic, lifecycle, and sales-led channels.
Partner closely with Sales to define ICP, target accounts, and high-converting campaigns.
Own the marketing tech stack and analytics: attribution, reporting, funnel metrics, and rapid learning cycles.
Drive high-performing lead magnets and conversion flows (landing pages, retargeting, email nurture).
Launch repeatable campaigns focused on specific operational outcomes.
3. Events (Virtual & In-Person)
Build and manage a virtual events program that reliably creates quality enterprise conversations (webinars, roundtables, masterclasses).
Lead our in-person event strategy: overseeing which events we attend, planning our presence, and optimizing post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline.
Create a scalable events playbook for a high-output, small team (content, speakers, logistics, promotion, conversion).
Partner with Sales for executive dinners and targeted sessions for top accounts.
How you will work
Report to the founder CEO and work as a peer to Sales leadership.
Build and lead a lean, effective team (and agencies/contractors as needed).
Operate on a weekly cadence: plan, execute, measure, learn, iterate.
Move quickly on fundamentals, continuously raising the bar.
What success looks like
In the first 30–60 days:
Messaging and positioning refined into a clear, consistent sales story.
A baseline dashboard tracking funnel, pipeline contributions, and conversion rates.
Launch of the first outcome-driven campaign, with strong landing and follow-up.
Events calendar finalized, with repeatable virtual and in-person strategies in place.
In 3–6 months:
Predictable qualified meetings for AEs from repeatable demand motions.
A robust library of proof assets easing deal initiation and closure.
Duvo brand recognized within retail and CPG operators.
Events delivering consistent pipeline impact, not just attendance.
In 12 months:
Marketing reliably drives growth: clear positioning, ongoing demand, and a scalable events engine.
A nimble team shipping high-quality work rapidly, with rigorous measurement and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including enterprise software with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Proven success building marketing from the ground up (founding or early-stage experience strongly preferred).
Strong instincts for product marketing and narrative: able to make complex solutions simple and compelling.
Deep hands-on demand generation expertise: you create pipeline, not just content.
Demonstrated leadership of events (virtual and offline) that translated into tangible pipeline.
Commercially minded: revenue, conversion, and continuous learning drive your decisions.
-
Low-ego, high-ownership leadership style—builds systems, hires smartly, gets things done.
Bonus:
Experience marketing to retail or CPG operators (commercial, supply chain, finance ops).
Background in automation, AI, workflow, integration, or adjacent enterprise software sectors.
Comfortable collaborating with technical and delivery teams to convert outcomes into proof assets.
Practical details
Location: Prague, with regular travel to key events.
Founding role: true ownership, high pace, and uncompromising standards.
