What we are building

We’re building the post-RPA Agentic Automation Platform for enterprises—a horizontal platform where AI agents execute end-to-end work across UIs and APIs with governance built in.

Where copilots stop, duvo finishes the job. Business users specify the outcome; agents plan, act, request approvals on exceptions, and learn with every run. We start with a retail wedge (category management, supply chain, finance ops) where ROI is obvious, then expand to adjacent functions and sectors.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a Tech Lead to drive the technical vision and strategy, mentor a growing team of engineers, and help scale our platform for the future.

You’ll be someone who:

• Leads by example: You’ll still be deeply involved in the hands-on work, but you will also mentor and guide the team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can contribute their best.

• Takes ownership: You’ll help shape the direction of technical projects, unblock teams, and ensure that the quality of the work and outcomes meet high standards.

• Has deep AI exposure: You have experience building with AI and have a good understanding of the AI primitives that power modern systems.

• Has a vision for scalability: You understand what it takes to build large-scale distributed systems, and you’re comfortable designing systems that scale across functions and sectors.

• Is customer-obsessed: You lead with empathy, ensuring your team's efforts are always aligned with solving real problems and delivering value to customers.

• Is a team-first collaborator: You build strong, trust-based relationships with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, and you thrive in a culture of feedback and improvement.
