What we are building

We’re building the post-RPA Agentic Automation Platform for enterprises—a horizontal platform where AI agents execute end-to-end work across UIs and APIs with governance built in.

Where copilots stop, duvo finishes the job. Business users specify the outcome; agents plan, act, request approvals on exceptions, and learn with every run. We start with a retail wedge (category management, supply chain, finance ops) where ROI is obvious, then expand to adjacent functions and sectors.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a Design Engineer who is passionate about creating high-quality, user-centric designs while collaborating with engineers to ensure seamless integration with our platform.

You’ll be someone who:

• Cares deeply about design outcomes: You’re driven by a passion for design and creating user experiences that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and functional.

• Has strong design and technical skills: You’ll be working at the intersection of design and engineering, ensuring that design ideas are implemented with high-quality standards and technical feasibility.

• Is a proactive problem-solver: You’ll take ownership of design challenges, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible while ensuring our solutions meet both user and business needs.

• Collaborates cross-functionally: You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other team members to align on product vision and execution, ensuring that design is seamlessly integrated into our development process.

• Has an eye for detail: Whether it’s UI/UX design, typography, color schemes, or user flow, you have a sharp attention to detail and ensure consistency across the product.

• Is adaptable: You’re comfortable learning new technologies and adapting your design skills to fit our evolving tech stack and product needs.

• Have experience with scalable, distributed systems and understand how design fits into those environments.
