We are looking for an eCommerce Growth Analyst to join our eCommerce Solutions team to lead data analytics and real-time tracking, ensuring the quality and stability of our rapidly growing white-label solution.
What you will do:
Performance Optimisation & Analytics: lead site performance optimisation through advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights.
Monitoring & Growth Analysis: monitor key metrics such as traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Analytics Tools & Tracking: leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to track, measure, and analyse website performance.
A/B Testing & CRO: implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve user engagement and conversion performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance user experience and overall site effectiveness.

Tag Management & Data Accuracy: ensure accurate website tracking, including the setup and management of tags in Google Tag Manager for reliable data collection.
Workplace: Germany & Remote // Berlin & Hybrid
We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
Job requirements
Who you are:
Experience & Background: 4+ years of experience in growth, product optimisation, or similar roles within B2C e-commerce or consumer digital products.
Conversion Optimisation & Experimentation: strong hands-on experience improving website and app conversion funnels through experimentation, user behaviour analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Analytics & Tools: strong hands-on experience with tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL, Grafana, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms like AB Tasty, Maxymizer, or Optimizely.
Ownership & Problem Solving: strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively investigate root causes and drive solutions when metrics or user behaviour change unexpectedly.
Customer & Product Mindset: customer-focused and curious about user behaviour, with the ability to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion and overall experience.
Analytical Thinking: ability to turn complex business problems into clear hypotheses, experiments, and actionable product improvements.
Collaboration & Ways of Working: comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and commercial teams.
Communication Skills: clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability & Impact: thrives in fast-moving environments, adapts quickly to ambiguity, and is motivated by driving measurable business impact.
