Job description

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace and gives travellers seamless access to ground transportation online, from search to ticket purchase. We have built a cutting-edge B2B technology platform that connects bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with the biggest online retailers, including Google Maps and Booking.com.

We are shaping the future of travel and building the largest global network of transport providers and retailers. We are one of the fastest-growing startups in travel, backed by leading venture capital investors including TQ Ventures, Lightrock, Creandum, and Northzone, and are headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Demand Product team. In this key role, you'll shape the core infrastructure that powers Distribusion's entire marketplace — the API and platform capabilities that sit at the heart of our customer success strategy. Your focus will be on driving the reliability, scalability, and quality of our platform, ensuring it maintains the highest functional standards across all scenarios, while developing strategic initiatives that future-proof our technology and enable growth at a global scale.

What you will do:

  • Define and maintain short and mid-term product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and the organisation to transform our platform into a world-class transportation marketplace.

  • Take full ownership of strategic projects end-to-end — from defining business needs and developing user stories through to UAT — ensuring delivery meets customer expectations and exceeds quality standards.

  • Work closely with Engineering, QA and other stakeholders to run an adaptive Scrum process that ensures seamless, on-time feature delivery from ideation through to execution.

  • Monitor key metrics such as usage, adoption, and quality SLAs, proposing continuous improvements to keep our platform competitive and reliable at scale.

  • Prepare detailed use cases and collaborate with teams to align on technical solutions and achieve critical objectives on time.

  • Write clear user documentation that improves system usability for internal and external users, establishing the best integration experience on the market.

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
