We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a design student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate with our Talent team to produce compelling digital assets across multiple platforms.
What you will do:
Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content
Assist in creating visual assets for marketing campaigns and product launches
Support the development of brand guidelines and visual identity systems
Edit images, create basic animations, and prepare files for digital publication
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team members to align visuals with messaging
Stay current with digital design trends, tools, and best practices
Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines
Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company with teams around the Globe and an HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in person.

Who you are:
Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, paid ads, and presentations
Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative image platforms, AI-assisted layout tools, smart editing features) to accelerate concept development and production
Create visual concepts from prompts and refine AI-generated outputs to align with brand guidelines
Assist in developing branded templates and scalable design systems
Support motion graphics, short-form video, and lightweight animations
Optimise creative assets based on performance data and AI-driven insights
Maintain consistency with brand identity across all digital channels
Research emerging AI design trends and propose innovative, creative approaches
