We are looking for a People Operations (HR) Analyst who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by being a key and integral part of our People team. This role should be a key contributor to our growth and international People Ops activities.

What you will do:

  • Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and other record-keeping systems with attention to detail.

  • Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance the employee experience and scalability.

  • Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate German and International payroll processing and compliance.

  • Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across different countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Use data insights to refine processes and support informed decision-making.

Workplace: Berlin

This role is based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

Experience:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations.

  • You are very comfortable around systems, data, and analyses.

  • You are experienced in managing contracts and payroll.

  • You are comfortable working with external vendors and internal teams across various departments.

  • You have an affinity for data and have strong analytical knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in payroll processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience contributing to HR projects and implementing process improvements.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and maintaining HR records accurately.

  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organisation.

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as well as Portuguese or Vietnamese, is a plus.
