What you'll do
Analyze and manipulate large datasets to assess content quality and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance content accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
Conduct content audits and quality checks, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, data analysts, and product managers, to improve data integrity and content relevance.
Automate data extraction, transformation, and validation processes using scripts and tools.
Identify and flag inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies in content datasets.
Create reports and dashboards to provide insights on content performance and quality metrics.
Maintain documentation of data processes, quality standards, and best practices.
Workplace:
We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe, and a physical office in Berlin.
Job requirements
Who you are:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information System or related studies.
Experience in QA, data entry, or project management.
Good knowledge of Excel and SQL.
You are fluent in English (written & spoken) and have strong communication skills.
You are curious to learn and able to quickly understand new technical topics.
You are organized and structured, allowing you to manage multiple initiatives with changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Startup and B2B experience is a plus.
