BI / Data Analyst (all genders)
Distribusion Technologies
Job description
Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace and gives travelers seamless access to ground transportation online, from search to ticket purchase. We have built a cutting-edge B2B technology platform that connects bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with the biggest online retailers, including Google Maps and Booking.com.
We are shaping the future of travel and building the largest global network of transport providers and retailers. We are one of the fastest growing startups in travel, backed by two leading VCs (TQ Ventures & Lightrock), and now, following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.
As a BI/Data Analyst for Content at Distribusion, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing strategies to ensure the accuracy, freshness and completeness of content data—such as schedules, prices, and offers—so that we can consistently deliver the best and most competitive offers to our partners. Your work will be crucial in enabling seamless content integration, enhancing data quality and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
What you will do:
- Lead Data Enhancement: Take ownership of continuously enhancing our business intelligence solutions and data models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You'll leverage advanced data analysis techniques to drive accurate insights, elevate data quality, and support impactful decision-making across the business
- Ensure Data Integrity: Own the review and assessment process for the accuracy, freshness, and completeness of cached content data (schedules, prices, offers). Your work will directly impact the reliability of key business data used for strategic decisions
- Optimize Data Integration Strategies: Drive the optimization of strategies for scraping, caching, and integrating content data from carrier systems into our platform. You'll ensure that our databases are consistently complete, accurate, and up-to-date, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Impact: Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to resolve content-related issues and proactively implement improvements that enhance system performance and business outcomes
We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and open for talent based elsewhere.
